ADMISSION :

Admissions to KG and class I are on the basis of an informal interaction with the children and their parents. Admissions to other classes are on the basis of a written test and performance in the previous schools.

Documents to be produced at the time of admission:
  • Duly filled in application form
  • Five passport size photographs
  • A copy of birth Certificate
  • Address proof of the Parent
Other documents to be produced for admission to II Std to above:
  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • Last School Report Card
  • New admission will be made subjected to the vacancies, no correspondence will be entertained regarding adminssion.
  • Parents or guardians are given to understand that they can not dictate to the management and that the management has the right to say on what condition it will admint or retain pupils in the school.
  • New pupils are admitted at the beginnings of the first term on payment of the admission fee. The amount thus collected will not be refunded even if the pupil, for any reason to leave the school immediately after their admission.
  • A candidate who joins fresh or from a private school, has to produce an official birth certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.

PARENTAL CO-OPERATION :
  • Parental and guardians are expected to co- operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, helping their children or wards to prepare their lessons and taking keen interest in the activities of the school.
  • Critical remark about a teacher should carefully be avoided in the presence of the children, as this will cause loss of respect for one’s teacher. Parents should discuss such matters with The Principal.
  • Daily reports and messages if any, from the school are conveyed through the school dairy. All communications from the school should be acknowledged by the parents.
  • Parents are strongly advised not to miss the parent-teacher meetings arranged during the course of the academic year, to enquiry about the progress of their children in studies and in other aspects of school life. They are requested to come personally and collect the report card on the open house at the end of each team.
  • Parental and guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the student or meet their teachers during class hours without the permission of the Principal. The parents can meet the teachers by fixing a prior appointment. The parent-teacher Communication part of school dairy should be used for this purpose.
  • Parents and guardians are requested to notify the school office in writing of any change in their address or telephone number. In all communications with the school: the name, standard and division of their children should clearly be mentioned .
  • The rules of RC may be modified from time to time as mandated by the status of the school.
YOUR CHILD'S MEMOS TO YOU :
  • Don't spoil me. I know that I ought not to have all that I ask for. I am only testing you.
  • Don't be afraid to be firm with me. I prefer it. It makes me feel more secure.
  • Don't let me form bad habits. I have to rely on you, to detect them in the early stages.
  • Don't make me feel smaller than I am. It only makes me feel stupidly " BIG".
  • Don't correct me in front of people, if you can help it. I take much more notice if you talk to me in private.
  • Don't make me feel my mistakes are sins. It upsets my sense of values.
  • Don't protect me from consequences. I need to learn the painful way sometimes.
  • Don't take too much notice of my small ailments. They sometimes get me the attention I need.
  • Don't nag me. If you do- I will have to protect myself by acting deaf.
  • Don't forget that I cannot explain myself, as well as i should like to. This is the way I am. I am not always accurate.
  • Don't make rash promises. Remember that I feel sadly let down, when promises are broken.
  • Don't be inconsistent. That completely confuses me, and makes me loose faith in you.
  • Don't tell me my fears are silly. They are terrible, and you will find that I will stop asking, and seek information from elsewhere.
  • Don't put me off, when I ask questions. If you do, you will find that I will stop asking, and seek information from elsewhere.
  • Don't ever think it below your dignity to apologise to me. An honest apology makes me feel surprisingly warm towards you.
  • Don't ever suggest that you are perfect or infallible. It gives me too great a shock, when I discover you are neither.
  • Don't forget how quickly I am growing up. It must be very difficult to keep pace with me, but please do try.
  • Don't forget I love experimenting. I could not go on without it .Please put up with me.
